What you can expect

Conduct periodic AML/KYC reviews in the first line of defense for all LPS contracts. As part of a risk analysis, you will review documents and responses from customers/partners, in close collaboration with the AML service;
Carry out the first AML analysis during the Onboarding of new clients: study and evaluate the relevance of the documentation and information received from clients/partners, then formalize a first-level assessment;
Review life insurance contract operations from an AML/KYC perspective;
Collect customer/partner documentation in accordance with the regulations in force to combat money laundering and terrorist financing, as well as in accordance with our internal procedures;
Be the preferred point of contact for salespeople and Sales Support for all AML-related subjects;
Be a preferred point of contact for our external partners regarding questions related to the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing;
Provide support to the AML service in drafting procedures.

Your Team

As part of the KYC Office, you will join a team in full expansion to whose missions you can contribute. Under the responsibility of the AML, you will be accompanied and trained on AML which is an exciting and constantly evolving subject.

What we expect

Experience as a Life Insurance Contract Manager or general knowledge of AML;
Fluent in Dutch, French and English, any other language is considered an advantage;
Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external partners;
Methodical and pragmatic approach to case management;
Good analytical skills;
Proactivity, rigor, curiosity and strong reactivity/adaptability;
Strong sense of organization and priorities;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
