What you can expect

Are you a specialist in customer contact ? Do you like life and non-life insurance products or are you ready to develop your skills in this area ? Are you looking for a varied job where you can directly and positively influence our customers experience ? Then join our "Customer Care Center" Team. In a pleasant and dynamic environment, you will join our team specialized in customer relations. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with support over the phone and at the counter, answering their questions, and offering personalized advice. You wili also liaise with our internal specialists to resolve more complex cases. In this role, you will develop your knowledge of insurance products within a close-knit team.

What we expect

• Holder of a diploma ranging from High School (Bac) to a bachelor’s degree (Bac+3)

• Languages : Fluent in English and in French. Luxembourgish is considered a strong asset and any other language is considered an asset

• Professional experience in a similar role or in the insurance sector is considered an asset

• Good knowledge of Windows Office products

• Strong writing skills

• Sense of responsibility and discretion

• Organizational skills and result-oriented

• Excellent social skills (both internal and external) in a culturally diverse environment

• Professional rigor, critical thinking and proactivity

• Team Spirit, availability and Flexibility

• Quick learning abilities and a desire for continuous development

• Strong customer orientation
